Simple exercise tips

Weight loss can be tough, but if you look at it as simple mathematics and break it down into smaller steps, it is a piece of cake.

If you think of your body as an engine it is easy to understand how simple weight loss can be.
Your body is like an engine, it requires fuel, fuel is the food you eat. You can work out you Basal Metabolic Rate easily online and estimate the number of calories per day your body requires to function, eg stay alive.

For me for example, I need 2000 calories a day. If I eat less than 2000 calories, my body has to grab fuel from alternate sources; eg my fat cells. If i eat more, my body stores more fat cells.
